Oxford Leadership Academy | PicPr
Oxford Leadership Academy is one of the world’s top leadership consultancies, working with major blue chip companies such as McDonalds, Telefonica, and Unilever. It provides leadership programmes and management consultancy to Fortune 500 C-Suite executives.
It has a strong presence worldwide, but in the UK, where its head office is based, the brand was less known. This needed to change. Oxford Leadership Academy needed to reach out to the major business directors operating in this country.
Pic PR suggested a ‘brand building’ campaign focused predominately on building relationships with the key business writers and business/HR media outlets (online and offline). This involved arranging media briefing days, where Oxford Leadership Academy would meet face-to-face with journalists; Securing expert article opportunities, and writing press materials. Plus arranging press interviews, from telephone to video. On top of this we put together media friendly case studies, and wrote blog content for its new website. The programme also included photography shoots, and a social media support service.
- Oxford Leadership enjoyed mass coverage across all the leading HR and Business titles
- Due to this significant coverage in the media, places for UK training programmes increased on last year by 37%
- The UK press now know Oxford Leadership Academy, and now contact the firm for commentary. One example is with the passing of Nelson Mandela, where publications such as City AM, HR Grapevine, HR Zone all asked Brian Bacon, Oxford Leadership Academy’s Chairman, for his thoughts on the leadership skills of Mr Mandela
- Finally Oxford Leadership Academy now has a website that performs highly with regards Google rankings, due to the high quality links obtained by the online coverage achieved
