The Symphony of Care

We work with PASS, a digital care management platform built for health and social care providers.

They wanted a video that would grab attention - but without falling into the usual tech-platform, “here’s how it works” approach.

We came up with The Symphony of Care.

The idea was simple: managing a care team manually can feel like conducting an orchestra where nobody has the sheet music.

And PASS is the master conductor bringing everything together.

We created a chaotic care back-office, complete with panicked staff, an out-of-tune orchestra and the occasional unwanted blast of Gary’s tuba.

Then our conductor steps in, PASS takes over, and suddenly everything works in harmony.

Along the way, we brought to life some of the platform’s key features - from rostering and finance to drag-and-drop scheduling and PASSgenius, their AI toolkit.

We handled the whole production, from the creative concept and location through to casting, filming and editing.

The video then went out across PASS’s social channels, where it delivered 230% higher engagement than their usual day-to-day posts.

A great example of how you can take a potentially dry subject like care technology and turn it into something people actually want to watch.

Because getting noticed isn’t just about producing a slick video.

It’s about having a strong idea, a clear message and a bit of personality.
