Smart Storage

We work with Zyliss, the cleverly Swiss kitchenware brand.

Now, part of our work with Zyliss sees us keep a close eye on kitchen trends, looking for the right moment to land the brand's products in front of the right audience.

And in this instance, the trend in question was the rise of the "invisible kitchen".

For those who haven't come across it, this is the growing movement towards hiding away foodstuffs and utensils out of sight, all in a bid to declutter the space and keep things looking clean and calm.

So we spotted an opportunity here.

Because if the goal is to tuck things neatly away, then smart storage is exactly what people need to make it work.

Recognising that fit, we pitched to Good Housekeeping magazine, putting Zyliss forward as a natural answer to the trend.

And it landed nicely, with the brand's 5 piece storage container set featuring in the piece.

It's a great example of a product finding its place in a story simply because it solved the very problem the trend was all about.

The Good Housekeeping name carries real weight too, so having Zyliss appear there puts the brand in front of a large and engaged home-focused audience.

A lovely bit of product placement for Zyliss, that shows the value of staying on top of the trends shaping the way people think about their homes.

And it's a great reminder that when you spot a trend early and match the right product to it, the coverage tends to follow.
