We work with Autumna, one of the leading voices in the care sector.
And recently, the brand officially launched its OpenScore offering – which uses live data to give up-to-the-minute care home ratings.
Set to revolutionise the care sector, it provides care seekers with an up-to-date assessment of what a care home is like, without having to use outdated CQC ratings, which, in many cases, haven’t been updated for 5 years or more.
Having completed an initial pilot period, we’re supporting Autumna as it rolls OpenScore out to the broader market.
A two-pronged approach, it involves letting care providers know it’s now live and that their home has the opportunity to be on there, and then also letting consumers know that the service is available, too.
A series of care trade features kickstarted the coverage with the launch of OpenScore’s new map function appearing in the likes of Care Home Professional, the National Care Forum, Care Talk Business, Care Home Magazine and more – helping to raise the profile of OpenScore within the wider sector.
And, in January, we then got the consumer ball rolling, with an interview with the Daily Express seeing Debbie Harris, Autumna and Openscore’s founder, featured in an article looking at the adult social care crisis.
The article lamented the struggles of the CQC in regulating the sector – with OpenScore’s mention within the piece offering the antidote to outdated CQC ratings, which have seen the regulator labelled as “unfit for purpose.”
A strong start on the coverage front, we’ll be building on this awareness in the coming weeks and months.
And that’s our Pic of the Week!
