Flying in PR expertise for the Black Swan

As an agency that prides itself on creating and maintaining long-term relationships, when the Black Swan in Helmsley needed PR, social media and video support, Pic PR was the obvious choice – the team having worked with its sister venue, the Feversham Arms Hotel, for the past five years.

Having achieved fantastic results for the Feversham Arms, gaining consistent national press coverage and increasing its social media following and engagement by over 200%, the Black Swan was keen to replicate this success.

2018 saw the two hotels officially merge under one branding – Helmsley Hotels – which provided the perfect opportunity for a shake-up of the Black Swan’s marketing team, whilst also presenting the chance to bring Pic PR on board.

As a former coaching inn with a focus on country pursuits the Black Swan provides a very different offering to the Feversham Arms, a luxury spa hotel, so there was plenty for the team to get stuck into. With over six years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry, we have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the sector and, in particular, the target audience the Black Swan wanted to reach.
