Nope, at Pic PR we’re all about the people.

We’re a personable, passionate and endlessly enthusiastic bunch, who get a genuine buzz from what we do.

Since we started out back in the good old days of 2012 (God, remember those? *Whacks on YouTube video of the London Olympics’ opening ceremony with tears in eyes*), we’ve focused on creating an environment that’s positively sizzling with ideas, where super-talented comms people are united in creating and delivering inspiring work for our clients.

We love working together and, not just that, we love having a good old laugh at the same time.

Hotel Pic – a work in progress, but very much on the horizon, is our very own Pic Hotel. Set for the hills near Alcobaça in central Portugal, it's a mere 10-minute drive from the renowned beach at Nazaré – a surfing destination with terrifyingly large winter waves. The land is purchased and the foundations are built, so it's coming along nicely. Our task, as an agency, is to market the endeavour once it's completed, demonstrating the proof in the pudding of our work – with our reward being some lovely holidays.

BeckFest – Our summer party has turned into a full-on festival with a professionally staffed cocktail bar, stage, live bands/singers, various forms of inflatable entertainment, on-site camping for the intrepid and more. Having steadily grown over the last few years, and with feedback sitting firmly in the bracket of "This is effing awesome", it's set to be even bigger in 2023 and beyond.

Charity – the work on our Adopt-a-Grandparent campaign was such a rip-roaring success that it's now a bona fide charity, with 90,000 volunteers on the books willing to help combat loneliness. There's currently an app in late stage development, which will help streamline the pairing process and allow access to the scheme for care residents around the world. We actively support this charity, but it's not the only one, as we regularly seek good causes to engage with – especially if they're close to a team member's heart.
