Steffi Gordon

Account Director

Steffi’s career has taken her from travel PR to centre court and some of the world’s biggest sporting moments - so it’s fair to say she knows a thing or two about creating content that gets people talking.

After studying Public Relations at Bournemouth University, she cut her teeth at two travel PR agencies before joining the LTA, where she spent five years as a Content Officer - a role that essentially involved being the professional number one fan of Andy Murray.

From there, Steffi moved to Warner Bros. Discovery, spending six years as a Producer delivering multi-platform campaigns around major sporting moments. Highlights include Home Crowd, a collaboration with the IOC and UNHCR which rallied support for the IOC Refugee Olympic Team around Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, as well as championing women’s sport through initiatives including the launch of the first-ever Period Panel.

She’s also managed teams on the ground at some pretty memorable occasions, including Roger Federer’s farewell at the Laver Cup in London - bringing behind-the-scenes moments to fans and media around the world.

After a decade in south-west London, Steffi has returned to her hometown of Cheltenham, where life now revolves around her son Rudy, Cavachon Sparky and squeezing as much into her spare time as humanly possible.

That might mean a swim at the lido, parkrun followed by the obligatory pastry, yoga, a social game of tennis or escaping to a beach - preferably in Devon or Greece. She’s also partial to a festival, pescatarian cooking and a pale rosé.

And then there’s Taylor Swift. Having seen her five times, calling Steffi a fan probably doesn’t quite cover it. When she’s not going full Swifty, she tends to unwind with the likes of Mamma Mia! and Gavin & Stacey, which sit firmly in her comfort-viewing hall of fame.

Favourite Pic Up Line (heard, but hopefully not used):

“I've got a blank space, baby, and I’ll write your name.”
