Jess Seal

With more than 12 years’ experience in marketing, Jess has worked across a broad mix of clients and sectors – both in the UK and the US. She first joined Pic PR back in 2016 before heading to Los Angeles, where she spent time as a personal trainer (training the odd Z-list celeb) before returning to agency life.

While in the States, she worked with major brands including Waymo, eBay and SeaWorld, leading on everything from email marketing and SEO to website development and social media strategy – launching and heading up a new department within her agency in the process.

Now back at Pic and part of the senior leadership team, Jess is our Operations Director, helping ensure the smooth running of our account management function and overseeing internal processes to keep things moving in the right direction.

Outside of work, she enjoys exercising (naturally), reading and attempting to eat out in peace – though with two young boys, that last one’s often more aspiration than reality.
